SEBASTIAN MASCI

SEBASTIAN MASCI - VIOLIN / SPANISH

Argentine violinist and national Professor of music graduate Medal of honor in the Charles l. Buchardo National Conservatory specializing in violin. Studied violin with the teachers Osvaldo Lagioia, Roberto Tubaro, Symzya Bajour and Pablo Saravi. He studied chamber music with the teacher Estela Kersembaum-Olevsky, José Bondar and Elías Khayat.

He was awarded a scholarship by contest by Fundación Antorchas and by the National Fund of the arts for perfecting studies.

He served as a violinist in the juvenile Orchestra of Radio Nacional, Camerata Bariloche, Sinfónica Nacional and Orchestra of Teatro Colón.

Currently he serves as violinist in the Philharmonic Orchestra of Buenos Aires

He has performed in the most important rooms of the Argentina and as a soloist with the symphony orchestra of Salta, of Camara Mayo and academic of the Teatro Argentino by La Plata.

It is one of the performers with greater repertoire of works Argentine doing more than one hundred releases.

He was awarded the 'Best Performer' award by the society of authors and composers of Argentina.

He has recorded and released five CD Argentine music.

He is Professor of the Chair of violin Conservatory Manuel de Falla and Astor Piazzolla.

It is a founding member of the Gianneo String Quartet.
